If the issue is caused by a FLOODING EVENT.

Ask the caller to do the following ‘if they can safety reach the alarm panel’

  1. Silence the alarm. The ‘Silence’ button is located on the bottom of the Alarm panel.

  2. Wait for the water to subside, then perform a reset by opening the alarm panel and turning the power switch off then on again.

  3. If the red light is still on 1hr later or the Alarm sounds then call Ecoflow, who will send a technician to the site.
