If your unit’s alarm sounds, a service may be required.

Ecoflow provides troubleshooting and onsite repair services. Ecoflow services are available at a fee including a deposit in most cases. Weekend and public holiday rates apply.

Ecoflow Holiday Dates - 2025

Please plan ahead - Ecoflow’s last day of normal business is Friday, 19th December 2025. We we reopen for normal business on Monday, 12th January. During this time, there will be NO new pump installations/commissioning until after 12th January. Our service team will be available to help with other needs - normal weekday and weekend rates apply.

Note: No service will be available on 25th/26th December or 1st/2nd January. Any service inquiries will be attended to the following normal working day.
